Commitment by Deloris White

As we read our Bible, there is always something or a verse that would describe your life before you COMMITTED yourself to Christ.  We get upset with the preacher because we think he is talking about us personally.  I was once that person because I was not fully COMMITTED to God.  I would not go back to church, not knowing, it was just God's Words that were stepping on my toes.  I think we all are guilty of that in God's Courtroom.  Nothing was to big for me and I stood my ground, although I didn't look for trouble, but I didn't back down either.  I was a wild horse that needed to be broken, tamed, and COMMITTED to God.  The word will show you how helpless you can be in those conditions.  Those that knew you years ago can see that the wilderness is not in you anymore.  It takes a strong made up mind to be COMMITTED to live better but once you are a partaker of everlasting life with Jesus Christ, being COMMITTED is a good feeling just knowing my Daddy (Jesus Christ) has me safe in His arm for comfort.  God could let you die while living a wild life, but He gives us chances after chances. Everyone doesn't get the chance to get it right! Thank God for giving us a chance to get it right.  People try to remind you of your past but if you are fully COMMITTED, remind them that Jesus paid for my life to be free from the untamed life.  We are on the Lord's Side now.

Being COMMITTED will put on your heart to try and turn people from their wild and sinful ways.  Do be COMMITTED to Him as your personal savior.  When we bring others to Jesus and they repent, He will save them and they will let go of the wild and untamed life to become new if they are truly seeking to live a new COMMITTED life.

Let's pray everyday for forgiveness and let us be COMMITTED to our Heavenly Father.

UNITY + COMMITMENT =Togetherness in Faith..........Be Blessed
