So many things are failing around us. Jobs that were once dependable have closed, government shutdowns, health-care failing, and so many other things.
What does God say about all the changes in society? We should be thankful that His word does not change to accommodate society's new norms and that God's Word is something we can rely on! The Lord is in the midst of it all with us, keeping us from being consumed. He alone is giving us strength to press through. There may be days when you feel like you cannot take another step, but even on those days, faith says to thank the Lord for victory over the situation.
The bible says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to his purpose" We may not understand the purpose for changes or see any good in it, we just have to trust the Lord. Stay (endure, hold onto, rely on, keep to task) with the Word of God, trust in the Lord, no matter what around us changes!
