Christ lives in us through the Holy Spirit, and we also live in Christ. This means that we place our total trust in him, rely on him for guidance and strength, and live as he wants us to live. It implies a personal, life-giving relationship.
To live as a leader (Christ), we have to follow His instructions. When we don't follow these instructions, we lose out on what He wants us to do. We are not as useful in what we are doing for Him and no one else! Therefore, Do Not Take Your Anointing Lightly!
God has a plan for us and we can be more effective when we are called to duty. We must make sure we don't get out of His will so our spiritual walk will shine through.
In John 15:5, it speaks on being connected to the one and true vine. This is how your anointing has its power. We have to be in Him as He is also in us.
Please know that gifts comes without repentance (Romans 11:29). We will always have what God gave us but He slows us down when we get the big head, stick out our chests, with our silk press extra straight and looking good.
In my closing, Do Not Take Your Anointing Lightly! In all we do, To God Be the Glory. By His will, we walk and have our being.
Have a blessed week and show mercy just as Christ shows us when we get a delayed anointing appointment.
